Gripped!

 - by Hayles

Ok, I am still very tired after catching what can only be described as American Election fever…! I haven’t really been following the campaigns 100%, and the most I’d really read was an article in Vogue discussing Michelle Obama’s style. But on Tuesday night after putting the live news feed on my computer I suddenly became hooked and excited about who was going to win the election! Goodness knows what time I fell asleep, but when I awake I was pleased to find that Obama had won (Maybe that’s because I will get to see more of his wife’s lovely clothes…who knows!) After listening to his victory speech I was very impressed, although McCain’s was intriguing also! I just know that as cliché as it sounds, I felt like I was watching history as all those votes came it! I’m such a geek…!

Remember me…

Hi Guys and Girls…sorry for the disappearance! I haven’t been consulted on the new design…or asked if it was ok to change it…but I guess that’s what I deserve for abandoning you…! I actually love it, yay!

Ok…so here’s what’s been going on in my life…if you care!

  • Firstly this month has been a sad one, as my Gramps died. He was 82 and an amazing man who I loved loads!
  • I’m stressed out big time about 3rd year…But its reading week now, so doing lots of reading…!
  • I’m helping to organise a skiing holiday on December, so have been trying to convince people to come on that!
  • Have started to help at the 11-14’s group in Church! I love it, although meant that we had a sleep over on Saturday at Church and I got about 3.5 hours sleep…ahhhhh!
  • God is reminding me how much I need to rely on him and be quiet with him so that he can give me energy and strength…prayers that I would do this would be grand!

Can’t really think of much else… what’s going on with you!??
