Jack
I am Jack’s smirking revenge
I am Jack’s cold sweat
I am Jack’s raging bile duct
I am Jack’s complete lack of surprise
I am Jack’s wasted life
I am Jack’s inflamed sense of rejection
I am Jack’s broken heart
Words are fun
Last night Phil Lovell (she’s cool don’t you know) taught me the coolest thing…
It has made my appreciation of words into a love!
Did you know…that stressed spelt backwards is desserts!
How weird is that?! How have I gone this far in my life without learning that!
Comeback
I am now starting a request for the return of…
- Paul’s blog…it was funny, witty, kept me and Kev up to date with his life in Norwich and was under-read enough to be cool…bring it back Paul!
- Hayley blogging…although not as funny or witty as Paul’s, Hayley’s blogs are missed and I’m sure all of you out there in interweb land who read this miss them too!
- Kev to blog on Phil Brown’s site more…just because Kev in print is almost as hilarious as Kev live!
Moan over…please support this Comeback Campaign!
Use the comments type thingy to echo my request!
Hollyoaks
Last night at the pub quiz (which me, Ben and Kev did surprisingly well at, by the way!) I heard a quote that just cracked me and Kev up!
In the quiz, the last round has been on ‘Soap Opera Pets’…with questions such as, ‘what breed of dog is Wellard in Eastenders?’ and such like…
Well, afterwards a team were jokingly moaning about how rubbish they had done on that round and this was a conversation had…
Person 1: I don’t even watch soaps! I only watch Hollyoaks…if there had been questions about Hollyoaks, we would have been fine!
Person 2: Are there even any pets in Hollyoaks?
Person 1: There’s plenty of birds!
Now that’s what I call classic English male conversation!
Stressed!
In the next week and a half I have to complete two MASSIVE assignments for my course and so posts may be rare but may happen every so often to keep my sanity! I am very stressed at the moment so prayers would be well wicked! Cheers
Crug likes Tim
For all of you out there like Crug who like Tim Vine…he is one of the contestants on this years Comic Relief does Fame Academy (does fame academy? how very mcf!)
So, to laugh your head off as much as Crug, me, Kev and Rach did at Spring Harvest, watch Tim and vote for him to win on Fame Academy!
TIM TO WIN! (He’s a Christian didn’t you know!)
Can’t think of a title
Yesterday, late afternoon, me, the Phil Brown and B’Askew (that’s Ben) watched on the interweb a documentary called ‘Louis Theroux and The Nazi’s’…
It was sickening…in similar ways to when I watched Borat and saw how lousy some Christians behave, it made me ashamed to be white, it made me kinda want to not be white because that would mean I was associated with them.
What was really weird was how normal they were…I know that sounds weird in itself, but like it’s kinda like Hitler and how we have so de-humanised him to an animal that we can’t see him being human, in the same way I suppose I had done this with ‘them’.
I did kinda scare me to think that there are people out there in the world with these messed up views and has challenged me to think, what can we do about it? I don’t know the answer but I’m raising the question.
Watching it reminded me of American History X, which is an amazing film and one I recommend to everyone (over 18 though) and how destructive these kinda views and actions can be to someone’s life and someone’s family.
I’m sorry if this isn’t the normal jokey post that you have come to expect from me.
