Another caption competition!
Thought we hadn’t had one for a while and this pic from new years of The Retrosexuals plus ray and myself made me smile and wonder what on earth I could be saying!!

Happy new years to all you by the way!
Fed up of celebrities on reality TV?
Sitting in on a saturday night watching TV…you know im cool! However…
BB1 - Just the 2 of us
ITV 3 - Soapstar superstar
Channel 4 - Celebrity Big Brother
Is there no TV shows which don’t involve reality?? Is this the future of saturday night TV? Why do celebrities put themselves through this?? Strictly come dancing I can understand but these…I can’t. They are already famous for being good at something can’t they leave it there? Bring back Ant and Dec, or Noels house party! I loved that show!
If only life was a pantomine…
Just seen “Dick Wittington Rock N Roll pantomine” it was amazing! I think on a serious level that we could learn a lot about how to live from pantomines. For example… when you meet someone you like (and is just as gorgeous and talented as you) you fall in love straight away and within the hour your married, so much easier than real life. Every time you want to express how you feel or just feel like it, you can burst into song and dance, and unlike real life no one laughs at you… THEY JOIN IN!… this doesn’t work normally, ive tried it. The clothes are amazingly over the top and guys wear legging and make up - this can only be a good thing for the comedy value. Everyone can sing, dance and act, and if anything bad is going to happen e.g someone is going to kidnap you, steal your gold, force you to marry them and live in a sewer then you get 100+ screaming at you not to do it! Now if thats not guidence and having someone watch out for your happiness I dont know what is.
Im now going to go and learn how to sing, dance and play at least 2 instruments… if you’re reading this laura ill be wanting trumpet lessons when i get back to uni!
You give me Feaver

p.s. Kate is okay…her album is alright
That was the Christmas that was
First off to all who moaned about no posts over the Christmas time, I apologise as I have a life and family and friends to spend time with and Mark, Crug, Paul, Hayley and Rach are all back (or were in Mark’s case) and I wanted to spend time with those splendid people, so sorry to all the haters.
Anyway, Christmas was really cool, not the most exciting or most eventful but good non the less. In a lot of ways it was just excellent to have a week or so off from being a youth worker and time to just chill out although my knowledge of icebreaker type games do help around the fun times with family (especially trying to teach my Nanna how to play ‘a to the bizzle’!)
I got some wicked presents this Chrimbo, for the full rundown of what I got just ask me, if you are sad enough to know exactly what I got! But the highlights were a well good watch from Rach, I’m Alan Partridge series 2 on DVD from team Armstrong and the generous amounts of cashesh from various family members.
As previously said loads of peeps came back to the swich this Christmas time which was excellent, especially Rach’s return from the Australia and the reforming of the Famous Five of the Retrosexuals. It’s only when your best friends have gone that you really realise how great Crug actually is! (Mark and Paul are amazing as well by the way, they had been ‘in the least gay way’ been missed loads)
On Saturday just gone, a day and night was enjoyed by lots around the Armstrong residence. Me, Rach, Kev, Hayley, Mark, Paul, Crug, Ruth and Steve had lots of fun! Especially me and Crug pratting around with Hayley’s chocolate fountain type thingy and her getting actually really scared that we would break it! Looking back, we probably would have had she not stopped us! Also, we played the great PS2 game of Buzz and we all laughed when Hayley answered wrong to the question, ‘In the Bible what was Paul called before his conversion?’
So, that was pretty much my Christmas of 2006, well what I can be bothered to write about anyway and so I hope that you all had a wicked Christmas too!
